These Terms govern your use of the AI Lie Detector app (the “App”), operated by Velaris Apps. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment only

The App is provided for entertainment purposes only. All results are AI-generated hypotheses and are not a real lie detector or any form of factual determination. You agree not to rely on results to make decisions about any person, relationship, or situation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. Acceptable use

  • You represent that you have the right to submit any conversation, screenshot, or other content you upload, and that doing so does not violate anyone’s rights or any law.
  • You will not use the App to harass, defame, stalk, or harm others.
  • You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App.

4. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

  • Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and yearly), purchased through Google Play.
  • A free trial (e.g., 3 days) may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you will be charged the applicable price.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Refunds are handled by Google Play and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by Velaris Apps and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results are accurate, reliable, or fit for any purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velaris Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its results.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the latest version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
