Privacy Policy

AI Lie Detector (the “App”) is operated by Velaris Apps (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes and how. The App is an entertainment product; results are AI hypotheses and not a real lie detector.

1. Information we process

  • Conversation content you submit. When you use chat analysis, the screenshot image or text you provide is sent to our server and to our AI provider solely to generate your result. We do not store this content after the analysis is returned — it is processed in memory and then discarded.
  • Subscription information. Purchases are handled by Google Play. We receive a purchase token to verify whether you have an active subscription. We never receive your payment card details.
  • Device & usage data. To show ads and understand app usage, third-party SDKs may process an advertising identifier and app interaction events (for example, screens viewed).
  • Diagnostics. Aggregated crash and performance data to keep the App working.

2. How we use information

  • To generate your entertainment results (chat analysis and scans).
  • To verify subscriptions and provide premium features.
  • To display advertising to non-subscribers and measure performance.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the App.

3. Third-party services

We rely on the following providers, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Anthropic — AI analysis of submitted content (not retained for training by us).
  • Google Play Billing — subscription purchases and verification.
  • AppLovin MAX — advertising to non-subscribers.
  • Google / Firebase Analytics — usage analytics and diagnostics.

4. Data retention

Conversation content is not retained after your result is produced. Analytics and advertising data are retained by the respective providers according to their policies. We do not maintain user accounts.

5. Your choices & rights

  • You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Google Play.
  • Depending on your region (including the EEA, UK, California, and the Republic of Korea), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Contact us at dev@liedetectoraiapp.com and we will respond as required by law.

6. Children

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and limit access to credentials. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
